OPERON originates from the field of genetics “a group of adjacent genes functioning as a unit under the
control of another gene (the operator gene)”. The company undertakes the controlling operator gene function, providing the environment and facilities to nurture Continual Improvement, based on the collective expertise and knowledge management of individuals within the Company, who function as the unit.
