Provision of self-performed Facilities Management Services for the Central Science Laboratory, providing a one stop facilities service with 24 hour call out, Offices, Laboratories and Controlled Environment Areas. Services include: Security, Helpdesk, Cleaning, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Grounds Maintenance, Energy and Environmental Management, Waste and Pest Control.
CONTRACT VALUE: £2.5 million per annum
(2002 – 2007 extension available until 2011)

Provision of self-performed Facilities Management to The Department of Agriculture and Food Laboratories, a new build development of offices and laboratories in Eire. Services include: Security, Helpdesk, Accommodation Management, Catering, Building and Grounds Maintenance, Reception, Transport, Cleaning, Mail, Porterage, Landscaping, Environmental Management and Pest Control.
CONTRACT VALUE: € 3,600.000
