CONTRACT VALUE: £2.5 million per annum

Provision of Facilities Management Soft Services to the Link Interchange building, including: Helpdesk, Cleaning, Waste Management and Vending services.

Provision of Facilities Management services, including: Helpdesk, Security, Cleaning, Catering and Vending, Porterage, Waste Management, Ground Maintenance, Fabric and Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
