Legislation is continuously changing and there are onerous requirements to adhere to e.g. Heath and Safety, COSHH, VDU users etc. In addition, the skill to organize, manage and control costs and quality for these services on a day-to-day basis detracts management time and skills and is normally inefficient, as it is not part of the organizations core activities.

We are a group of professionals who can both re-visit existing facilities contracts and set up new contracts, as appropriate, to ensure that:

•      Contracts are grouped to produce management savings

•      Up to date legislation is covered

•      Specification of work is adequate and detailed on log sheets


•      Labour and materials are procured in the most economic way

•      TUPE requirements are met

•      Contracts pricing structure allows monitoring of costs and agreement of variations

•      Performance Monitoring criteria are specified

•      Lump sum or measured term contracts are used to ensure best value for money
