stage. As the design develops alternative
design solutions will be considered using
construction techniques, technology and material
selections. This process is normally undertaken
through a series of value management workshops,
which include members of the design, build
and facilities team.
This process ensures continual improvement,
where alternative design solutions are reviewed,
assessed and fed back into the design.
